Irena, what makes KLAM outstanding and different for you among the other companies in real estate?
KLAM is very customer-oriented. The flats are logically and clearly designed to the very last detail. There is a lot of light in the apartments. They are very spacious and airy and the materials support the feeling of “living healthy”. However, it is not overdesigned. The colours are mostly very neutral and light, only in the bathrooms we are allowed to be colourful. In order to that, we often use pastel colours, which happen to be slightly unusual for bathrooms like powder pink, violet or light blue. The working layout is the basis of our work. The flats have to be well-arranged, clear and understandable for everybody. No dark corners, no labyrinths, and very pleasant materials. The kitchen acts as a meeting point for the family. People cook here, they chat here, they spend time there with their friends. That means, that the layout of the kitchen is crucial to me. I often use a kitchen-island, because it is very inviting to gather around and join the chef.
How do you feel about working with KLAM?
I feel like I am doing the right thing. We all want the best result and that customers are satisfied. I try to bring my positive energy into the projects.
