After 10 years of unsuccessful searching for an affordable apartment in the city of Zurich, I came across the apartment on Sädlenweg.
The building in which the apartment is located was built in 1972 and for that time it is a very modern architecture with an incredible view over the roofs of Zurich.
The apartment in the state before the renovation, as I saw it in the pictures, would not have piqued my interest.
It’s unbelievable what has emerged from an unattractive apartment.
Very modern, the entire facility fits together and met my taste better than if I had had it renovated myself.
The kitchen is open and very contemporary with refined details such as bright LED lighting, pull-out cupboards that make every last corner usable, and other practical furnishings such as an illuminated wardrobe in the hallway that reaches up to the ceiling and makes optimal use of the space.
Even after the purchase, Salvatore was ready to help and organized everything to implement a change in the bathroom.
